New thread section?

New to eccie, but not hobby. Wondering if we can't build section for providers to post for newbies. I find I'm told to search newbie providers but providers change so often and verified providers don't offer to newbies, hoping new section might make easier for me and others to become verified. Have you tried searching the keyword "newbie" in the ad and review forums? It is pretty much the easiest way you are going to find what you are looking for.
