Texarkana under Texas?

Everybody still go to the East Texas boards to find out whats going on in Texarkana?
Since Texas laws went crazy I would think they would of slipped it over to Arkansas.
EM and STG use under Texas AS and P411 under Arkansas..
In fact I would just put it under a made up State like NEVADAT ,,,,all members knowing thats code for Texas LOL
