Threatened Over Screening

I had a “gentleman” cough cough contact me from this site. His references were BS. His reviews were older than my protocol. I offered alternative screening. He denied and threatened “he would post this in forum”. I am firm on my screening. However, is this the norm behavior in KC community? Why is safety/screening frowned on in this community? No pun intended
Sorry to hear, Sophia... Guys have to realize that ladies will have different screening processes and, if they don’t like a particular one, and don’t want to help in an alternative process, they need to move on... and STFU. Your safety is paramount.

And... you rock, too! So, the guy is just missing out..

Keep doing what you do, my dear!
Hold firm to what your screening requirements are babe and dont change. Also one poorly screened individual isnt worth what could happen.

Also don't let one person be the voice for this board. Alot of great people here who understand the hobby and alot that dont....so dont let them be the judgement for all of us.

Screening is priority...if they don't like it then they can go look on other bs sites

Sophia,
That is not the normal behavior for KC guys. Those of us that appreciate the women, also understand the safety aspects involved and have no issues at all with any gals screening.
Just let the guys that don't get it fall to the side.

And for the guys, we need to simply accept any gals requirements. It is a safety issue.
And, do we want to end up where east coast is nowadays with full rw data screening and deposits are being required? Seriously, I was in a discussion last summer back east with long term friends and they were stunned that KC is still mostly referenced based for screening.
Funny that he threatened to post you screened him in forum. Did he threaten to out himself as a non compliant guest too? That will not go over well.

That may have been an OK request: As long as you did not ask for personal information, such as his social security number, his bank number, where he works, real name and etc.

He said no: that was not OK. It should have been no thank you! Then he threatened to post a reply in the forum concerning your behavior. That may have, or may not have, been OK: That depends upon what you asked for, and how you asked for it.

Few, so very few, guys would have responded with a threat to expose your behavior; unless that behavior was inappropriate. From a very early age guys are used to hearing no from some of the women. We just move on and try to be friendly with other women. Safety screeing for both genders is not frowned on in this community: it is demanded by most.

This sounds like we should hear his side of the story before agreeing, or disagreeing with you.

As you tell it, we should be shocked by his response: our observation is that this does not seem to be consistent with the response of most members here.

What exactly was your behavior? At this point in time, we don't know!

What's he going to do, report you for screening appropriately to your satisfaction? Pssssh!

You are one of the least controversial ladies here, and given my personal experience with you, albeit some time ago, I am doubtful that you are the problem in this equation.

Sometimes you just get a dud - on both sides- best to forget them and move on with life.

Thank you all for the positive reinforcement! I greatly appreciate itAny of you know where I spend most of my time at, seen screenshots. This JR guy is obviously not with safety protocols with current climate. Appears he doubts creditable ladies behavior. We are all able to voice our opinions. However, may I make a unsolicited suggestion do research before you put bad juju out in open on ladies.I will not condone in naysayers, doubters or negative behavior.

Side note: Ladies are their own bosses, CEOS, sole proprietor etc. They can conduct THEIR business how they choose. Until, they show different. Clients have the the option to say “no thank you” and move along cough cough

Have a great day!

What I'm surprised at is that what I call east coast rules, have not yet been widely implemented by midwest gals.
Back there references are worthless unless one gal actually knows the other. Rw data is commonly required, deposits also. Everyone has a cc reader/input. Recurring clients excepted.
There's folks I've known back thataway for more than a couple decades. After hours last summer, hanging after closing, convo on life, universe, etc, few of the folks there had to pick their jaws up off floor when told that midwest was still mostly reference based.

Credible? If you say so. But I do not know if you are credible. The whole point of the discussion was that none of us know both sides of the story.

We know from your statement that something you said, or how you said it, was offensive to him.

It was an interesting story, but it was just your side of the story, and it seems to have a strange and angry comment about his reaction.

I was asking why, or do you think that everyone should take everything you say as completely true - just because you said it.

Everyone should hear your statements. I just commented that we have not heard the rest of the story: thus, we can not have an opinion for you, or for him.

When we know that our information is not complete, it is OK to recognize that we can not have an opinion.
If you know where to look and how to read between the lines, you will know A LOT more of the story.
