How do I find the ROS and view both it and the pics?

You need to be a premium member for that. You can purchase it or earn it via qualifying reviews.

Every review on the site has a section called The Rest of the Story, commonly called "the ROS". The section is viewable to male members who earn or pay for Premium Access. Every review that is written is evaluated by the local moderators and 6 weeks of Premium Access credit is granted for each review that is approved. If you don't want to write reviews, you can buy credit by following the link provided by RetiredNinja above.

Be sure to check the sample reviews thread for some samples of the ROS before writing your first review... that will help you put in sufficient detail to get your first review approved.
