Anyone met this Bp provider in BCS?

I was trying to find some reviews on this BP provider but have not seen any. Just trying to do my HW.

She was reviewed over a year ago, just have to dig back to 12/16 or so. Didnt go well.

She has some nice jugs. I almost went in some time ago then she got a little snappy over the phone. Gives me the impression that she has lots of rules.
