New member, long time hobbyst

I'm coming out of retirement, first day on this site. I'm having issues posting reviews; as in I can't even see the review tab. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Welcome to ECCIE! I think the icon that indicates "new review" will be seen when you go to one of the states review sections. When that is accessed, a template appears that lists the needed kinds of information. The "new review" button will not appear on pages that isn't related to some kind of a review whether it be an independent provider, or an agency, or a strip club, or an MP/spa, or other kind of review. I'm not sure if this answers the question you asked. Hope this helps.
