A Winter Tale

This current weather reminds me of a time, many years ago. It was cold, around 0, not this bad, but windy too. I went to see a girl I found on BP at the Motel 6 in Jordan Creek. She was young, green, not a good time, needed a shower. She was very cold. The hallways in the hotel weren't heated and it was like 40 degrees out there. She had no coat and only sandals for foot wear. She had been flown in to Des Moines from California with pretty much the clothes on her back and hadn't left the hotel. The candy and chip wrappers littering the room made it obvious she was eating from the vending machine.
I drove her down to Walmart to buy a winter coat and pants with legs (I didn't pay for it, might have if she'd been a better provider) then stopped at Mc Donald's on our way back (I did pay) and dropped her back at the hotel. One of my many memorable, weird, adventures in the hobby.

Speaking of the weather. I wonder if it hurts the ladies business. I know i dont want to do any more than i have to on days like this. And i have a retail business that was basically crickets today. Im sure it hurts their business also.

I would say snow and ice would be the biggest problem. The harder it is to get to the front door, the slower their day. Still that would be a good excuse if your had a SO. Sorry honey, it took me a hour longer to get home. She would never be suspicious.
