I used my debit card, just had to call my bank and allow an international charge since their bank is in Great Britain.

p411 no longer takes gift cards (*for providers) so credit/debit wins on this side of the question.

For admirers, they offer an exchange on certain ones like amazon and Best Buy, might be a couple others. I don’t remember the exact rate, thinking was like 50 percent maybe.
