Hey, everyone, new here. What's the best way to get references as a newbie? I've applied with P411 waiting on that with employment verification. I'm a premium member on here....what else?

Not sure where you're located but you just have to find a lady that will see you without you having any references. I usually will opt to meet at a bar or restaurant or coffee shop. Have a couple drinks and talk for a little while. Then go from there. If I'm comfortable. If we are both comfortable. And agree ahead of time to go our separate ways with no harm no foul if we feel anything but positive about proceeding.
