I noticed on OH2 that there is a section for both studios and agencies?

What exactly is the major difference between the two?

I second the same question.

Isn’t a studio linked to one venue, where as an agency oversees multiple venues (apartments, etc.)? Maybe I am interpreting it wrong.

A studio is a shop. A agency is a broker.

Agency usually sends the girls. Studio is set up for a visit.

I think nowadays for most practical purposes, studio and agency are the same. They're not mutually exclusive to have any meaningful distinction.

In a business sense, I think any studio is an agency, but not vice versa.

Huh... I always thought an agency is like a storefront business.
