A member came into chat looking for help - said his emails to support are bouncing.
If someone would pm me I'll share his handle.
When he tries to log in it says all forums are private - it won't let him into anything and the spot in the top right corner that shows are PMs are is gone.
I also sent a message internally to the webmaster
