You're going to have to upload it somewhere though. Youtube is recommended because embedding is supported on this forum. Other sites, like streamable, vidme, vine, are not.
So, you can use any one of those, just make sure you create an account so you have control over it, and link it.
If you really want to embed you can upload it to youtube and make it unlisted so only those who have the link can view it.
