You were not exaggerating the week of getting verified - I went through the same process. I got the green light after the exhaustive process, and then didn't get a response for a couple of days. Turns out they don't do e-mail over the weekend.
Not knowing that, I thought it was a no-go and booked someone else.
But anyway, thanks for the review - it sounds like it went just as well as marketing implied. I'll be one of the first in line next time she comes to LR!
