Provider using Moneygram or Western Union

Haven't seen this in the past but recently had a provider ask me to pre-pay her manager to arrange an appointment. She says it's safe because without the reference number, the money is safe until the appointment occurs and I' can confirm that she is the person in the ad. Thoughts?
Pure horseshit, run the Hell away from this one.

My thought is, after at least 7 years in this hobby, you know the answer to this question.
If it raises a red flag, it's a red flag. It's not rocket science.

dont do it son, reference number isn't needed to withdraw the amount if its in your name when you pick it up
Actually I found out the hard way. They CAN pick up the funds without a password/code etc.
Common Craigs List scam.
Run like hell.
If you send me a money-gram for $100, I'll tell you the answer!!

her manager? is that the politically correct term they use? that is her filthy ass thug pimp. the scumbag probably pockets the cash or a large amount and gives her very little of it if any
Yeah. It didn't feel right. I have been out of the hobby for a few years so I didn't know if that aspect had changed. Renewed my P411. I'll just stick with that. Thanks for the replies gentlemen.
