I have used it. Didn't see much difference than any other Arginine based NO supplement. It works as far as pumping you up during a workout, but made my skin crawl a little, probably the Yohimbe in it.
If you are asking from a hooker board/Viagra perspective though, it didn't give me a 2 hour boner.
