Rye bread

Two fellows on a park bench talking,after one had completed his run. One was 80 the other 84

I eat a lot of rye bread Sam it gives me stamina and it helps with the ladies.
Sam goes to the market and asks if they have any rye bread.
Yes the clerk reply's do you want a loaf?
No give me five loves he replyd.
five she said why it will be hard by the third loaf.
Why does everyone know about this shut but me he said.
