Still cannot log into chat

Help. Have not been able to log into chat for the past two days. I have cleared browser cache, when I go to log into chat, it begins to load then goes to a dark chat screen and a log in window pops up, even I am already logged in. It asks for user name and password, I re-enter the info but the same screen comes right back wanting user name and password.

Any idea what's is going on with chat????

Chat's down for maintenance. I dont have a time frame for you but it might be back at the end of the week.
