Navy Bans Urinals To Make New Carriers Gender Neutral

Actually, this sounds like a good idea when you read the article. It just throws me off when the government does something that makes sense. It sounds like they're caving to political correctness, but, at least according to the article, it should be cheaper, and help the ship run more smoothly.

No doubt the guy who thought this up will be fired. Common sense has no place in the defense department.

When I served .. It was common knowledge that all sailors sat to pee.
It was rumored that liquid soap was used because it was harder to pick up when dropped.
