HELP ME OUT HERE . . .

My old user name was "Halfbad" but it was banned about a year ago for a reason totally unknown to me. I have emailed mods multiple times to try to figure out what happened. It "seemed" to have happened when my CC co. declined the charge I "tried" to make for PA access but I'm not sure??? A review of my posting history should show I never wrote anything even remotely close to anything "bannable".

I created this new username mainly to access the mod staff via a different route.

So, could I get some kind of reading here and with a bit of luck get my original handle of Halfbad reinstated??? I'll happily abandon this username if that happens.
