How do I review someone? Cant seems to figure it out.
Go to the appropriate forum, i.e., Independent Provider Reviews,
Agency Reviews or SPA/AMP reviews and click on the blue button that reads "New Review". Do NOT click on "New Thread".
A form appears and you need to populate the categories as copletely as possible.
Take caution to use your mouse or the "Tab" key to move between fields because if you hit "Enter", you will subnmit an incomplete review and will need to start all over.
