FALSE COMMENTS ON GOOD REVIEWS

I now have 6 different good reviews on eccie...
and "HAD" no bad reviews or comments...

someone registered on here and right away they go directly to Lyric Divine's good reviews and post the same thing 4 times on 4 different reviews!

all my reviews say the same thing "smelling good" wet hair fresh out the shower etc...

this person/persons pretends to have seen me and says i have blood in my panties with odor... this is crazy

so my question is... IS THERE ANY THING I CAN DO TO PROTECT MY REP???

ITS UNFAIR TO ME FOR SOMEONE TO EASILY WRITE FAKE COMMENTS ON HALF OF MY GOOD REVIEWS AND TRY TO DESTROY WHAT I WORK HARD FOR...
TO BE A HONEST AND BE QUALITY PROVIDER

Sweety no one believes those two.
i would still like them off for future clients...
i want to protect my image

Also to let others know that posting false comments and reviews is unexceptable and they cant get away with it...

I'm not the first or the last to experience this problem so someone has to stand up.

if this continues and increases, reviews and review boards will eventually hold no value
Report to Mod button is your friend. Find the little red triangle with an exclamation point on the false comments and click it. Copy and paste what you said here. I'm sure they'll handle it.
thanks emily! that was a big help

Lyric - We understand your concern and the post was unfortunate. Members can post all sorts of comments that may or may not be true, and either way a provider may disagree with. ECCIE policy is to take huge efforts to not delete anything, unless it covers a "forbidden topic". Please read this from the ECCIE Forum Guidelines...

#22 - ECCIE Staff will go to great lengths to avoid editing, deleting, or censoring our members posts or threads...unless absolutely necessary. Forbidden topics such as underage sex, illegal drugs, bestiality, revealing personal info, medical speculation, or images not in compliance will be removed from public view. Controversial, troublesome, or objectionable posts may draw staff attention or in some cases disciplinary action, but the offending post will not be removed from the view of our membership in any but the most extreme cases. Often times you will find directions, footnotes, or other guidance from staff edited INTO posts which draw our attention. These are for the purpose of educating the readers of what is and what is not acceptable as well as informing others about how these issues have been dealt with. Members are encouraged to RTM posts which include rule infractions or objectionable material if it appears that staff has not already becomed involved with the thread or post in particular. Note: Staff will consider a request from the original poster to remove a thread/post they have made provided it was recently posted and not replied to. As a general rule, staff will not consider such requests once a thread or post has been visible for at least 4 hours or received 2 or more replies. In these cases, a request from the OP to lock the thread is more appropriate and will receive consideration.

We have taken action against this troll (banned), and I have added comments to all 4 of your reviews, which tells readers to "disregard" those comments, all of which conforms with a minimally invasive approach by staff, per ECCIE Guideline # 22 as stated above.

Thank You

FWIW, Lyric, most of us have been around on these interwebs for a while, and have seen gagillions of trolls and can recognize them a mile away. I don't think any damage was done to your rep.
