Is Ralph and Kacoo's still open? I had the best time there. Was sitting in the can when ALL THE SUDDEN, Justin Wilson starts telling a story. Took me a min to figure out that it was a recording, but the story was freakin funny. The food was excellent too.

For an Okie, I thought it was great. Not sure that I could tell good Cajun, from non authentic if it was put in from of me.

Next time try Becka's I-20 and pines rd . But for real Cajun food ya gota go farther south to Lake Charles .

We only stop on the way to Vicksburg, but I have a friend who is going to be there next week.

Bergeron Cajun Meat 7805 E Kings Hwy, Shreveport, LA 71115 for the best in Shreveport they are based out of lake Charles . Lots of choices doesn't take long to cook at home .

Never knew Beccas was there until you mentioned it and I just so happen to see it yesterday. Ill have to try it out.
