Foot Garden Spa?

Anyone been to the his place on Bandera Rd? I stopped in about a year and a half ago and there was only a dude working, so left thinking it was a legit place. But, all the crappy reviews on Google make it sound like like an L1 place (shorted on time, no massage technique, just a rub… etc.)

I have seen the place and it looks like a tug shop from the outside.
