Looking for a CPA!

I'm looking for an accountant that I can be open an honest with about my money situation. I am looking at real estate, applying for loans, and as a self employed lady over the last five years, I need to get my financial records straightened out. I make a pretty good yearly income and would like an accountant that can handle my quarterly tax forms or at least give me sufficient instruction on how to do it myself.
