Fake ad, shows up in multiple cities.
She even has a "city stamp" for each place she advertises. Fake ad, she was in Pittsburgh the same day she was in Prescott Arizona.
ANYtime you see "Cash, Visa, MC, AMEX, PayPal", know that it's fake. If it only says cash, then it's likely to be legit. Not always, but more likely.
Also, FWIW, I replied to a CL ad 5+ years ago that had the same photo and got an immediate canned response wanting me to click a link for some other site.
Thought as much. Actually texted once and got no reply. Other parts of the ad being a bit more personalized made me think maybe though.
