Eccie timezone

Can you tell me what timezone eccie is on? The date/time I see on PMs and posts looks wierd and not able to figure it out which time was it . Thanks much !

3rd or 4th set of options from the top, date and time. Use the drop down to choose the correct offset.

Out of curiosity let us know what it was set to.
