Atheist Group Slams Administration for "Praying for Rain"

With Mother Nature screwing up one of the few areas that the administration can't screw up intentionally, Ag Secretary Vilsack commented about how he was praying for rain. An atheist group, incensed at the Secretary, has filed a protest, claiming that "Praying for rain sends the wrong signal."
