LeBron James comment is noteworthy!

I had the chance what seems a lifetime ago to have asked Emmitt Smith who was the greatest running back of all time (because at the time there were your typical sports-talk radio arguments going on about Emmitt and Barry Saunders - who had retired early in his career.). Emmitt said without hesitation, "Jim Brown". He then explained in some emotional detail how great a human being Jim Brown was.

I met Jim Brown once, and lets just say that he didn't like the looks of me. Or anyone that looked like me.

It was sad when Brown he made that great run at the end of “The Dirty Dozen”, I was really expecting him to make it, and not get shot. Oh well, it was only a movie.
