When I send a PM, why does it often take more than an hour or sometimes even 12 hours to be received by another member? And vis a vis - When someone sends me a PM, why is there no indication that I have a new PM in my inbox for hours and hours after the PM was sent?
Is this normal? If yes, it could explain the many complaints from members about people not responding timely to their PMs.
