How do I vouche for a provider??

Just posted a review of a wonderful provider from Dallas, she is great and since she does not have an account on ECCIE I would like for her to be approve here so that she can get more calls ..she is great!! but dont really know how to vouche for her ..anyone ??

She needs to register for an account here, and then request Verified Provider status by PMing or emailing her local moderator staff.
