Best value in Rochester?

Hi - I'm contemplating a return to hobbying after a year's hiatus. I've done a bunch of homework but I still haven't landed on a specific provider to "pop my cherry". So I thought I would ask this learned (?) community:
who do think is the best provider in Rochester in terms of cost/benefit?
