Frozen account

Main account is frozen. Have been trying for 2 weeks now with local mods and they referred to web support but still no response. What is the deal? Main account is JERK187

NJC : In reality I was trying not to be serious, but how long did you ACTUALLY give them to respond via e-mail and what did you try BEFORE posting publicly on here?
And yeah, you creating another acc clearly violates site rules.
