Old cell phones

Anybody know where I can get an old cell phone? Only want it to work on Wi-Fi, no phone or data service needed. Thought about going to Wally World and getting a go phone or something like that.

Had a friend that lives in Texas wanting to know how i played and didnt get caught by the S.O., well not often at least. Told him to get a go phone and keep it in his vehicle and turned off when he was not using it. 6 months later he calls me mad because his wife was leaving him and it was my damn fault. When i asked what happened and how was it my fault, he mentioned the phone and how the monthly refill showed up on his credit card bill. WTF!!! Damn idiot. Dont be like him, most certainly use cash
