ok, it may be a bit dull for some people, and melodramatic, and slow, but my favorite is chariots of fire, I have it on DVD and watch it at least every year, and it is really about having conviction in what you believe

Add Bull Durham and Rollerball (the original) to the mix. Brian's Song (again, the original) will break your heart.
The Fan, Raging Bull..of course Slap Shot..
Field of Dreams, even went to the actual field and house a few years ago when I went to South Dakota on vacation. Very cool palce!! Even played baseball on the field!!

Slap shot is second very close second!!

Caddyshack is an awesome movie. We just watched the Bad New Bears with Billy Bob Thornton.....pretty funny movie.
