Her account has been compromised

My partners account has been compromised for sure changed email.. Changed Password, recent login activity and now a full PM box!
She can not ask for help obviously so i am asking for her... What steps does she need to take to resume control???? In regards to @Sammysosaaa

Who? Have her check her spam folder for the confirmation link. If she used mail.com or AOL she won't get anything from us so her account will get locked.

She has checked her spam numerous times even now and there is nothing.

But when she tries to submit her link to get a reset link the site is telling her that email address is wrong... As if the email address has already been changed.

You need to help your friend out with finding links. We've done what we can to walk her through however her refusal to follow the instructions isn't helping us get anywhere. She doesnt know her screen name and isn't emailing from the email associated with her account on here.
