Account broken, Please Help.

My account of Cookie_Monster_45 is limited. I can login but all forums are set to private. Can you assist with this? I only created this account to login because there was no response to support e-mails. Thanks

What do you mean all forums are set to private?

Is it possible you have run out of premium access?
If you go to left of page where it says USERCP and click, go to the bottom where it says PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS, click there and see if your premium access has expired.

If It has you need to write a review or pay for premium access.

Check your spam/junk folder for a verification email from ECCIE. It has a link in it that you need to click to verify your email address.

If you don't one, let us know and we can have the site admins check into it for you.

My profile name is "Cookie_Monster_45" I only created "Generic Dude" to get some help. When I log in all forums are set to private and i cannot look at the provider ads or review pages when logged in as "Cookie_Monster_45" I have nothing in SPAM or Trash.

I'll report the problem to the admins.
