Same thing happened to me last week. Called ahead to make sure Lily was working, they said ok, I show up to two I've never seen before and insist on Lily while they try to have one of the others take me. I just left, wasn't worth it if it wasn't gonna be Lily.

Might be rough there for a while as new ownership figures out how things work around here. They better figure out what works quickly or risk losing business

Bad service is bad service and is running rampaged in San Antonio. Hard upsell and shorting is becoming the standard.



I am sure Lilly started another spa somewhere. These women never leave the business. I'm sure she will show up somewhere.
