Why dont guys respond to personal messages here?

This is a open question. I dont really pm that many people on here. But the last two or three I have asked them questions and never got any responses. I understand security is always a issue plus discretion is also important but its a pm, its not public. Its almost reministint of a lot of my dealings with a lot of the providers. To me I dont feel as though I am asking anything out of line but appearently its something.

Im just curious, am I the only one who has noticed this on here?

Based on some of your posts on indys I can only guess some of your questions maybe don't warrant a response. Just sayin' I don't ever recall a pm I've sent to a fellow hobbyists going unanswered. Just sayin' again.

I can't say I have had any similar experiences either. Maybe it's the questions you are asking??????

I also cant ever recall a PM to a fellow hobbyist going unanswered or not answering one either here, Indys or elsewhere. Unlike Indys tho, here I cant tell when someone has recieved or read a PM so maybe they just havent gotten yours yet.

They always answer my PMs.....
What I say in a pm vs a discussion is usually quit different. Anyone who keeps tract of me from other places probably already know I tend to air my dirty laundry in public but I try to keep things more civilized when pm'ing individuals. Besides if someone sends a pm they are directly interacting with you, they should get a response of some kind.

I didnt look, I will after I do this, but last three pm's I sent have gone unanswered. Funny thing about it the one guy said if there were any questions to pm him... and I still didnt anything. Maybe he got overwhelmed with messages. Maybe it was something else. Maybe its just me... dont know. From the sound of it, it might just be me.

I have found most hobbyists to be very responsive. I've responded to (probably) every PM I've received - it usually happens after a review or comment.

Swtslnce - what kind of questions have you been asking in your PMs? I wonder if there's a clue there. (Not being a dick - I don't know what you post on Indys, or here for that matter)
