It seems like every time that I try to contact a provider by PM they will send a response and then I will send a response and then I never hear back from them. It's almost like my replies are not being sent.
And now that I just checked my sent messages, I can only see my original message. I'm not seeing any of my replies.
Am I doing something wrong? It seems pretty straight-forward. Very frustrating...
