I still think we need a sub-forum for Galveston under the Houston Forum.
Same as New Orleans Forum Hosts all the other areas around.
Galvestonis stuck out the guys have to search Galveston as a key word to find providers.
Here! Here!

Or, you could perhaps create a "Galveston Resources" thread in the Houston Coed forum?

With a flag at the top, something like "Galveston Providers Post Your Presence Here - just don't make it an outright ad"

And, if say more than a couple dozen ladies post there it might be impetus for an actual Galveston ad forum.

Galveston is a small island there won't be that many people actually on the island but on the mainland...

Everyone down here on this side of Houston -Galveston League City Texas City Lamarque Clear Lake all of our ads get mixed up with the 60,000 women inside and around the Beltway.

I think a forum or even a thread somewhere would be useful. Either way.

^^^ What he said! That's how the successful Houston Newbie-Friendly Provider List evolved.

Granted, a lot of members don't like lists or want them flooding forums, but a topic on Galveston/Clear Lake/Sea Suburb Provider Resources might be much appreciated. Perhaps placed in ISO rather than Coed? Broach the subject in Houston and ask where such a thread would be best received. The area's geography plus increasing population density definitely deserves to be set apart from the main metropolis.

Don't label is as "South Houston" in any way, however, as you want the distinction to be clear. Try it and see who likes it, and perhaps it will eventually become a sub-forum or at least get stickied. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
