pic upload error message is it just me

I took a bunch of new pics this weekend and every time I try to upload, I'm redirected to an eccie error page saying my request can't be handled at this time. Is there a problem on the site or is it me? It's usually me lol. I'm sooooo frustrated cause I've got some good ones to post.
