Anyone else notice that a lot of provider pics are way to large for the post? Are they posting large files and there isn't a limit to size or what's going on? A lot of sites have a max pixel limit or something to keep the size down.

It is so much better when the pictures are of a reasonable size. 600 - 800 pixels on the longest side.
