referrals

How do I get referrals on my stat page? How do I give a referral to someone that I have seen before?

I click on my name. Then I click on statistics. Under general information it says referrals. How do I get my number to go up?

I have been on staff for quite some time, but that does not change the fact that my computer skills are limited. I don't know the answer, so I will sit back to watch and learn while another staff member answers your question.

I was wondering the same too. I have had referrals but I haven't seen any change in my statistics neither.
