Agency?

How would one go about starting their own agency? I have a few cute girlfriends and would like to learn.

I guess it comes down to you doing all the leg work for your girl friends. Posting Ads for the ladies in question with all the required info, making sure what they are comfortable with as far as menu, Managing their schedules/screening/appointments, Taking care of the Incall especially if its a shared incall making sure not to double or triple book. Making sure they have all the supplies they need.
Good advice, thanks SA-MAN. Seems like it would all be common sense stuff.
Making sure they shower and keep up with their hygiene, hire a personal vag trainer to ensure their bodies can take the rigorous challenges presented by this business (I personally volunteer for this task. I only ask for hugs in exchange for my services). Screening, etc.

Don't forget training on how to handle difficult situations.
Overly aggressive gentlemen, the kind of conversations to avoid with 1st time visits, etc.

There is a gal called Angela (aka the Tiburon). Works out of Adelitas in Tijuana. Strongest/tightest Kegel contractions I have ever come across. Amazing. This sort of training should not be overlooked, Ms. Kitty. Take JJ up on his kind offer
Oh I plan on it, especially If I get any homely girls that i'm a bit 'iffy' on. Thx for being a real trooper JJ!

Ms. Kitty, if you plan to get paid for the work you do on your girlfriends' behalf, well, that's where the drama begins. Hopefully you can find a way to handle the money issues with the girls in a fair and responsible manner. And stay "friends" at the same time. That is probably the most difficult part.

Various suggestion in no particular order:

Focus on the "TCB" skills if a lady is a newbie (taking care of business).

Appearance, timeliness, hygiene, availability as scheduled. One bad experience and word gets out.

Pick a central location and be prepared to move after 6 months as to not draw unwanted attention by nosy neighbors.

Discrete visitor parking and no tracking paperwork.

Timely call backs or reply's to texts, PM's and phone messages.

SF
Thank you both for the great suggestions.
I would hope some ladies are talking to you behind the scenes Ms.Kitty because it is a well known fact that most men know absolutely nothing about running an agency.

I agree, I have never setup an agency or worked with one so....I do hope that some of the ladies with agency experience are helping you out. Hopefully most of the advise proves helpful and good luck.
