Forget about going MISH if you can't handle a few PUSH-UPS!!!!



How many can you do?

Thanks for reminding me how out of shape I am. LOL
Push-ups...on top of you? About an hours' worth, if I can include crunches, a few downward dogs and swan dives.

Today's Recommendation is for you to do deep squats on my Johnson. And then stretch it out by bending over and grabbing my ankles

Might as well cheese it up with the "Gazelle" or thighmaster or "shake weight" or any number of infomercial products; that's the way to go :-)
