Fleiss and other TV producers have watched — equal parts entranced and horrified — as Trump has taken the gimmicks of reality TV that he picked up on “The Apprentice” and applied them to daily governance. Flip comparisons of Trump’s White House and his years on “The Apprentice” abound, but behind the “You’re fired!” jokes is a serious case study in mass viewing habits and a president who has made up for his lack of experience in governing with an uncanny grasp of must-see TV.

That looks like Trump's governing philosophy.

besides, the trend is to see 2 term presidents as being the norm since 1860.

one term presidency isn't that common in the 20th C.

If Republicans can maintain control of the House and Senate with Trump's approval rating hovering around 40%, then that bodes well for Trump in 2020.
why trump will get a second term

1. his supreme court picks
2. his economic policies
3. his immigration policies
4. his putting the lying dishonest dimocrat media in their place
5. his foreign policy
6. his trade policies
7. his not backing down
8. his exposure of the deep state
9. his putting America first slogan

not too much to do with reality tv

Oh wait! It get's better - Obama is endorsing Ocasio- Cortez along with other candidates.
Again, for those of you who want to vote on the Dems side - this should scare the shit out of you. #walkaway

One demographic in which Trump is failing is women, especially white women with a college degree. You are definitely in the minority.

I'm a college graduate and there are alot of conservative women who support Trump. And Trump has alot of faults. He's not Jesus Christ. But he is the best thing out there.
Like I said, if you want someone to come out from your high school days and make false sexual accusations against you - then vote Democrat.

I don't know what polls you are looking at since you never cite any polls when you make this claim about Trump being so unpopular. But are these the same polls that showed Clinton with a 12% lead over Trump about 10 days before the 2016 Presidential Election? I'm sure you remember that poll, right Speed Racer? Lol!

If I was nominated for such a position, I would expect my life to be scrutinized. Such accusations do not happen to average citizens.

As of right now, they are NOT false sexual accusations. It will probably remain a he-said/she-said situation. Without corroboration Kavanaugh should be held innocent of all accusations in my opinion.

FiveThirtyEight is the best source in my opinion since it summarizes ALL approval polls done. If you look at the ratings of the various polls, Rasmussen rates a "C+" since it actually
has a very poor history of predicting races (78%).

No I do not remember a poll showing Clinton with a 12% lead over Trump 10 days before the 2016 election.

5 weeks from today we'll see who is right and who is wrong. What are your predictions?
