Yeah, you won’t hear this from the MSM. But a week after his guilty plea the original guilty plea the Judge was replaced (probably removed) by a new judge. The new judge has ordered any and all escupatory evidence be turned over to Flynn. Not like Andrew Weismann ever witheld esculpatory evedince before. Flynn didn’t know that his meeting with the FBI was a formal interview. Comey said that he didn’t believe that Flynn lied. Flynn’s sentencing date has been postponed until May. I wonder why? Did the FBI also withold esculpatory evidence to the FISA Court? Lots of corruption going on in DC.

I do not believe it has been set aside yet. Two issues: As was recently seen Federal Judges are a bit anal when it comes to discovery and disclosure, and are sticklers when it comes to "VOLUNTARY PLEAS."
In this instance if the Government withheld exculpatory or mitigating evidence prior to the plea agreement and the absence of the evidence induced the Defendant to enter a plea, then the plea was not "voluntary" and it was actually induced by "fraud" (withholding evidence). BTW it is not up to the Government as to what is "exculpatory" and what is not. They are required to produce it all, unless privileged, and have to present a log of alleged privileged documents.
If the alleged inconsistency of Flynn was based on fictional facts generated by an impostor who was not the person he or she represented to be then on the substance it may not be "perjury" or a "lie" even if it was inconsistent as has been alleged.
