How do I vouch for a provider?

Hi. Was contacted by a provider saying she needs someone to vouch for her here. She is active on p411. What info do I need to provide and where do I need to send it to?

First, she should contact websupport@eccie.net if she has been a member before. If not, she will need to join first and then she can tell you how to vouch for her once passed the age verification part. She will be a female account... not a provider as that is not a permissible word.
