This trash said he was on a US Air Force helo that was shot down in Iraq in 2003, now he's saying he mistook what aircraft he was on because he was confused due to the time that has lapsed.

Let me think...there's a few events that occur in someones life that they probably won't ever forget:
1. Their child being born
2. Getting married
3. Death of a loved one

Normally, losers claiming to be in combat or serving in the military when they didn't in order to claim some kind of military glory don't bother me. But when some pogue ass news twerp has 12 years to get his story straight and only does so because he's been busted and then his best apology is "the fog of memory over 12 years made me conflate the two", it makes me ill.

The only thing that's ever been shot down when it concerns Brian Williams is his credibility.
