“Inbox Full” Trying to reach a Gent.

So I recently receive a PM from a gent with the beginning handle of “Ash” (Adding in hopes he sees this and gets the message as well” to set up a date, but unfortunately I’m unable to respond to his messag due to having a full inbox. Is there anyway of letting the gent know that this happens? Does Eccie alert them that their inbox is full? Any steps to take when this happens or just count it as a loss?
